Derek & Linda Nephi-Williams are the proprietors with their daughter Stacey (front of house and house keeping) her partner Keith (maintenance and construction) plus their children Jessica and Jake.

In the kitchen we have Chris, Brenda, Aga, Elin and helpers.
The dining room is ably run by Becky, Carla and Evie .
On the bar we have Stacey, Derek and Aga.
Plus of course Ceri and the cleaning staff
Reservations are usually made with Derek, Linda or Stacey whether for bed and breakfast or the dining room bookings.
